Snowed In!

Today we were snowed in... 12 inches of snow! Obviously there was no school, so what were we to do all day long? First we built a gingerbread house (yeah one of the candy canes broke, but I'm surprised it's still standing) and then after lunch we went out to build a snowman. Well, our snowman didn't quite make it. The girls made 2 snow angels each (I made 1) and then we began our snowman. Bella got snow in her mittens and her hands got cold... then it was game over. They lasted outside about 30 minutes... not bad.
Stay tuned for tomorrow when we enlist daddy's muscle to finish our snowman. It's supposed to be 18 degrees tomorrow so we'll see how long they actually last.
