This was the conversation tonight at dinner:

Gaby: Mommy, how did you become a mommy?
Mom: Ummmm..... I had you. When you came I became a mommy.
G: How did I come?
M: Ummmm.... You grew in my tummy.
G: How did I get in there?
M: Ummmm.... Daddy? Would you like to answer that?
Dad: (dead silence) I shot one past the goalie
G: (explosive laughter)
Mom: (thinking) Thank God!

The Boys

The two amigos met last week. Alex could not get enough of Ocho. He even offered him his cookie. Those two are going to be interesting in a couple of years.

Congratulations to Gaby, Bella and Alex on the birth of their cousin! Ocho was born by cesarean on Friday April 20, 2007 at 12:08pm 7lbs. 6oz 19.5 inches. Ocho, as named by his parents, looks exactly like Daniel with the exception of his nose. Valerie and Daniel are both doing well, just a bit tired.
