Who's your daddy?

If you can't tell from this picture... you need glasses.

Alex and Ocho at Play

The boys are learning to live with each other. Ocho isn't screaming bloody murder every time he sees Alex anymore... only about 50% of the time. In few years they will be running around destroying the house.

Other Shenanigans!

Here a few snap shots of other things that ensued.

Happy Halloween... a little late

Seeing as Christmas is just around the corner, I figured I better post these pictures. The girls had a great time trick or treating and an even better time handing out the candy. They lasted longer than I thought on that Sunday and got to go again on Halloween at Aunt Valerie's.

Little Bear Holding His Own

So, our Little Bear has found a way to deal with his big sisters.... brute force.
Bella was sitting on his bike (that scoots around the floor) and he walked up to her, sized her up and with all of his strength pushed her at the shoulders and she went flying off the bike. He caught her by surprise so she was on the ground looking up at him and just climbed on his bike and looked down on her. That'll teach her.

Little Bear has also tried to take on Daddy. Ramiro was just laying on the floor when he was attacked by the Little Bear. He grunted then jumped on his back. Ramiro then, being a small child himself, said "you want to wrestle" Alex smiled and it was on. The two wrestled for about 20 minutes.

I thought such physicality was taught to little boys and now I see that so much of it is innate. It is absolutely incredible.

Where have we been?

Well, no where really. The start of the school year was busier than I expected.
Kindergarteners get way more homework than I expected. Gaby is adjusting beautifully in school.
Bella has regressed slightly upon being left alone in preschool. She's coming around now, choosing to speak to a select few at school.
Alex is now known as "Little Bear" Why? He behaves like a baby animal.... namely a bear cub. He climbs up on you like a bear. He growls when he wants something, like a bear and he sleeps cuddled up like a bear. He is our Little Bear.
Everyone is excited now that holiday season is here and they are all on best behavior, since Santa in on his way. We will see how long that lasts.
